These terms govern the use of this website and the general basis on which IODM - FZCO ("IODM") provides its services. IODM is a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Trade License No. 27409 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.
IODM is licensed to provide Marketing Management and Project Management Services. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and nothing on this website should be read as such advice.
Every engagement is set out in a separate written agreement or engagement letter, which specifies the scope of work, the deliverables, the fees and the timeline. Those terms prevail over anything stated on this website. No engagement arises from an enquiry or from the content of this website alone.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless the applicable engagement letter provides otherwise.
